YOMA open course weekend March

Application deadline: 11 January. Open course and Open Programme for strings and winds, online and IRL. Auscultating pedagogues are welcome.

The course is given both online and on site in Vänersborg and welcomes everyone (approx. 10-18 years old) who is part of the Talent Programme or who wants to apply for it.

If you attend the Open course and participate on site, you will be able to play alongside participants in the Open Programme and the Talent Programme with a part that suits you in terms of difficulty. You can also receive coaching from one of the senior talents and attend their lessons and concerts.

We have extensive experience in online teaching and will help you with the technology if you want to participate online. If you participate online, in addition to your own lessons, you can participate in group lessons and experience the lessons of others.

Info and application

If you participate on site, we can offer accommodation and breakfast for 400 SEK/night in a shared room or 600 SEK single room. As a rule, all participants, except adults, are accommodated in shared rooms. We also offer lunch and dinner for 120 SEK/meal. We will send you a link for booking and paying for meals and accommodation.

Course fees depend on the programme you are in, where you live and whether you are participating IRL/online. In many cases, the courses are free of charge, but check what applies to you under your programme on the website or in this overview.

If you play oboe, bassoon, French horn, viola or double bass, we will pay for your travel (by bus/train).
