YOMA’s network of partnerships is constantly evolving. Feel free to get in touch and discuss your ideas for collaboration with us!
Independent parties
YOMA maintains contact with, cooperates with and supports the activities of independent organisations such as Dubbelt av dubbelt, the Swedish String Teachers’ Association, the Bassoon Camp, the Swedish Horn Society and youth orchestras. Get in touch if you want to start a new initiative in talent development – we are keen on all activities for young musicians.
Music schools
Many music school students participate in YOMA’s course weekends, IRL or online. Music school educators can attend their own or other students’ classes free of charge and collaborate collegially with YOMA educators. We welcome extensive collaborations with music schools with advanced programmes.
Academies of music
The music academies are represented on the board of our parent organisation, the National Centre for Music Talent. We have collaborations with the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and Ingesund College of Music and are discussing collaborations with several other universities.

The El Sistema Network
The collaboration with the network, which consists of 25 municipalities with El Sistema activities, enables the network’s El Sistema students to attend courses in Vänersborg or online free of charge.
Partner regions
Together with our partner regions, we develop collaboration plans for co-operation with local and regional actors such as cultural schools and orchestras in Gävleborg, Stockholm, Västmanland and Västra Götaland.
Specialised programmes
Secondary school students from almost every top-level programme in the country regularly attend YOMA courses. We are happy to use educators from these programmes for our courses.
Youth orchestras and orchestras with young members
We offer free courses for young orchestra members and are happy to visit with instructors, conductors and young performers or soloists.

Obvious partners are of course our member orchestras. We also cooperate with orchestras that are not yet members. Our members are:
